Kimberleys Secret

The first image is cauliflower hashbrowns. Yep, alternating a starchy yummy full-of-carb classic with cauliflower! In replacement of frozen processed chunks of potato from several potatoes, I was completely satisfied and knowing it was good for me was almost unbelievable they were so tasty.
